Ingram Content Group

Situation

Our team has been a partner to Ingram Content Group for many trade shows over the years. In February of 2020, they approached us to help them stand out among the hundreds of booths at the Public Library Association trade show in Nashville, Tennessee. Both Ingram and Big Visual Group call Nashville our hometown. With our familiarity of the city and our trade show expertise, we knew we could make their trade show booth be a showstopper.

Approach

To grab the attention of trade show attendees and successfully showcase the Ingram brand in Music City, the booth took on the theme of “Libraries are Instrumental.” Ingram utilized everyone at our shop from the sales consultants to the design team to see how we could really bring this theme to life.

Big Visual Group can always achieve a look or an idea within a client’s budget, and this project was no exception. With our expertise in creating scalable solutions, we used our creative juices and knowledge to create the booth’s signage. We utilized fluorescent acrylic to create a distinct glow that could be spotted across the room. With trumpets and guitars ranging from six to eight feet in size, our routers contour cut a variety of musical instruments. The signage lit up the room, and we were able to achieve a flashy Music City look by crafting neon signs with unique materials.

Additionally, we produced the supporting graphics for their booth — custom booth panels to fully brand their space, hanging fabric signs, and informational meter boards!

End Result

At the trade show, attendees could see instruments dancing around the booth. We bet attendees were tapping their toes after visiting!

In the end, our signs were instrumental in allowing Ingram to really shine at the trade show in their home city.
