Employee of the Month: Paul Grimshaw
Our October Employee of the Month is none other than Paul Grimshaw
Join us in congratulating him on this special honor!
Paul is one of our dedicated, diligent installers at Big Visual Group. This California native started his installation career a little over five years ago. He has worked in the industry in both California and Las Vegas. Paul and his wife decided to move to the greater Nashville area in March of this year to be closer to his wife’s family. When they decided to relocate, Paul began researching the best companies for installation in Nashville, and our company kept popping up. Paul was interviewed and hired within just a few days, as our team knew that we had to snatch up this great catch!
Vehicle wraps are Paul’s favorite products to install. He said, “I like vehicle wraps because they’re the most challenging job, and they force you to pay attention. It’s always extremely rewarding to see the finished product.” We respect and appreciate Paul’s hardworking spirit!
“The Big Visual Group team is great all around. Our Operations Director, Chris Neely, is a fantastic manager and does his part to make sure we have whatever help we need for every job. He’s not afraid to help us in any way possible,” said Paul when talking about his views on the company. “Thank you, Big Visual Group, for giving me a shot and putting up with me!”
Paul and his wife have a two-and-a-half-year-old son named Jackson, and they have another little one on the way! Their son keeps them busy, and they couldn’t love him more. Paul loves scary movies, hockey, and taking in all Music City has to offer.
