Rolling Hills Community Church
Situation
The Big Visual Group team really shines the most when we can take an empty space and fully brand it from the moment you walk in the door. We know all of the tips and tricks for these types of projects. Rolling Hills Community Church trusted our expertise and came to us when they were hoping for a great visual experience at their church. They had an empty canvas of a building and wanted their brand’s look and values to live throughout it.
We have worked with this church for years, which is why they came to us with their latest challenge in early 2020. Our church client, Steve Horton, said, “We come to Jeff Schmid and the team at Big Visual Group for all sorts of things, but recently we added a 30,000 square-foot addition to our campus and needed to incorporate our brand and bring life to the space. Having worked with Jeff on previous projects, I didn’t think twice about making the call in full confidence the outcome would be amazing.“
Approach
We put on our work shoes and physically walked the whole space with the client. This process always allows us to lay the foundation for a truly great end product. In our client’s words, Steve said, “After listening and seeing the space for himself, he (Jeff, the Big Visual Group Sales Consultant) presented us with several options and helped us weigh out the benefits of each, including cost, before we made our decision.”
With the church’s timelines in mind, each of Big Visual Group’s departments got to work, as this huge project used all of our shop’s services including consultation, design, production, and installation.
End Result
With the church’s core values and vision in mind, we executed a space that both the church and our team could be proud to say was ours. From the bible verse wall wraps to the informative fabric cubes dangling on the ceiling, the Rolling Hills Community Church’s mission can now be seen throughout the gathering space. Special touches are endless in the building, such as the Student Space wall where magnetic photos of the church’s kid congregation can be played with and moved around.
Steve from the church said, “We were able to finally share this beautiful space with the public at our grand opening of the space in September 2020, and the feedback has been incredible.”
The church continues to grow, and we continue to serve this client with additional thoughtful, creative signage. The Big Visual Group team has now done many projects for this Tennessee church over the years, and the church’s team (generously) keeps coming back for more.
