A BIG congratulations to Michael Frederick, our October Employee of the Month!

Whether it be his own personal tasks or considering what he can do to make life easier for his coworkers, Michael always goes the extra mile. Never one to settle for shoddy craftsmanship, Michael is consistently a good example in the design department for how jobs should be approached and executed. He is a thoughtful, adaptable, and extremely hardworking employee, and we are happy he is a part of the BIG Team.
