A gentle and endearing soul, Edie Cressell is Big Visual Group’s top-notch Sales Coordinator. She’s been with Big Visual Group for just over a year, and she’s loved every minute of it.

Before joining the Big Visual Group team, Edie worked for local ink and toner company, ASE Technology, where she got her first experience working with and servicing printers. While working at ASE Technology, Edie heard about an opening at Big Visual Group through Big Visual all-star Chris Neely’s wife. Excited for a new opportunity to further her career, Edie reached out for an interview, got the job, and hasn’t looked back.

Edie was originally hired on as Big Visual’s receptionist, but soon moved her way up to Sales Coordinator, and was recently promoted to Production Coordinator for Mark Gray.
“I do a little bit of everything,” Edie said with a slight laugh. This includes working with a lot of real estate clients, like Cushman and Wakefield, helping them spec out their needs. For clients like these, Edie ensures that signs are up to code and will fit the project’s needs.

With the specificity that’s required for producing a quality sign, Edie is in constant communication with Big Visual’s design and production teams, making sure the end product is just what the client is looking for.

Edie loves working with Big Visual’s diverse clientele. “It is great to have the chance to work with people from different companies and even different states. We get to work on some very unique projects, and it’s so rewarding helping pull everything together,” she said. Edie loves seeing the clients’ faces when they see their finished product.

“Whether they are a small client or a big client, we do everything we can to give them what they are looking for — and it helps that we can offer materials and techniques that other companies cannot, like an expert design team and innovative technology,” Edie said.

Personal: 
Edie has lived in Nashville most of her life and graduated from MTSU with a bachelor’s degree in Mass Communications, Media Management. When she’s not working hard at Big Visual, Edie loves to go hiking, watch hockey, or go to shows.
